Hours:
Monday: 7:40 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Tuesday: 7:40 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Wednesday: 7:10 A.M.-12:00 Noon
Thursday: 7:10 A.M.-3:30 P.M.
An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. Because change in appointments affects other patients, Dr. Scheele, and our support staff, we regret we must charge $50.00 for appointments cancelled or broken without 48 hours advanced notice.
Directions:
From the North (I-69 Area):
Take I-69 South to the Dupont Road Exit. Turn right onto Dupont Road and go West to Coldwater Road. Turn right (North). We are located on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
From the North (Kendallville Area):
Take US 3 South to Dupont Road. Turn left and go East to Coldwater Road. Turn left (North). We are located on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
From the South: (I-69 Area):
Take I-69 North to the Dupont Road Exit. Turn left onto Dupont Road and go West to Coldwater Road. Turn right (North). We are located on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
From Downtown Fort Wayne:
Take Coldwater Road North to Dupont Road. We are located just past Dupont Road on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
From New Haven:
Take 469 Northwest to I-69. Take I-69 North to the Dupont Road Exit, approximately .10 mile. Turn left onto Dupont Road and go West to Coldwater Road. Turn right (North). We are located on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
From Jefferson Pointe Area:
Take SR 14 West to I-69. Take I-69 North to the Dupont Road Exit. Turn left onto Dupont Road and go West to Coldwater Road. Turn right (North). We are located on the left past Dupont Crossing Shopping Center.
